We developed several mechanisms with which by means of a conic serrated crown to 45º, we can obtain the necessary clamping force, essential to be able to take profit of the high performance of the present drills. This clamping system allows to work with right and left turns. The compact construction of this drill chuck allowed to reduce its volume, being able to rotate at high speed. Another important characteristic is the tolerance in the concentricity, which is lower than 0,020mm. This is a very important quality with which the cutting power of the drill is used to the maximum, increasing its performance. |

We recommend a tightening torque of 12Nm on the mechanism with a dynamometric wrench. In this way a strength of 70Nm can be achieved on the tool. |

COMBINATIONS FOR THE REFRIGERATION |

As far as we know, this drill chuck is the only one which can use any existing drill on the market, both with coolant holes or solid. With a hexagonal standard wrench of 3 mm we turn the pistons in sense A or B depending on how we want the distribution of the coolant. |
